Rules for using ReptiMail Web and external email account connection features.
Purpose
These terms govern access to ReptiMail Web, local management of ReptiMail addresses and voluntary connection of external email accounts.
Account authorization
Only connect a mailbox you are authorized to use. Attempting to access another person’s account without authorization is prohibited.
Prohibited uses
Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, malware, harassment, illegal content, security circumvention, abusive automation and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
Temporary addresses
A temporary address is a privacy and organization tool, not a method to bypass a third-party service’s rules. Availability and lifetime depend on the ReptiMail service state.
External providers
Compatibility depends on provider rules. OAuth2 or an app password may be required. ReptiMail is not affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Apple or OVH unless explicitly stated.
Availability
The service may evolve, undergo maintenance or limit a feature to protect security, domain reputation or infrastructure.
Paid services
The current Web version does not conclude a paid ReptiMail sale or subscription. Before paid commercialization, specific sales terms, pricing, withdrawal information where applicable, consumer mediation and online cancellation mechanisms will be published as required.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
If a translation differs from the French legal documents, the French version is the reference version.
